The location is ideal, with the S-Bahn stop just across the street, making it easy to access key areas of the city. My room was beautifully designed with a unique layout, complete with a washer/dryer, enhancing convenience during my business trip. The tasteful sauna and gym were excellent amenities for relaxation after a long day of meetings.

So we stayed at this hotel for three nights and let me just tell you the bed was comfortable like sleeping on clouds and the staff were friendly like they really acted like they wanted to help us which made the whole experience worthwhile also they had a nice kitchen setup in our room that was great for the kids since we could whip up some snacks even enjoyed some lovely walks around the area.

This place wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable.

Breakfast at 30€ offered limited options. while there were pastries and eggs to order, the product variety was disappointing, particularly for the price. On a positive note, the minibar included complimentary drinks, which added a nice touch to my experience.

Enjoyed a great two-night stay in a spacious Executive Suite. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Loved the daily complimentary water and minibar items. Perfect location for exploring. the City Hall and Speicherstadt are a short walk away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hamburg.
